Google has a great application for you now, available for mobile devices. Google Latitude it the application that broadcasts your location from your hand set, allowing your friends to know where you are exactly.

Latitude gives your exact and current location to your friends, using the Google Maps and the My location feature. It is the advanced and evolved version of geo tagging, but works in real time so as to give your friends the chance to know where you are. You can simply download Google Maps for mobile with Latitude at your computer, or directly to your mobile phone. It is available for all Windows Mobiles, as well as Blackberry, Symbian and Android.

Google Latitude is not available on iPhone yet, although it is known that Google is working on launching a new version of the application for the Apple phones as well.
